About the Project
South University – Austin, an affiliate of Education Management Corporation, was a 42,000 square foot build-to-suit Class A building in Round Rock, Texas. The site is located at the northeast corner of Toll 45 and Interstate 35 in La Frontera, Round Rock’s largest master-planned, multi-use community. It was completed in March 2015 and sold in June 2018.
