Kelly joined the company in 2021.
Kelly manages the commercial real estate portfolio for the Arizona territory and supervises the Arizona facility management team. In addition, she provides property budgets and manages tenants’ onboarding and exiting process, along with working closely with the vendors to support the Class-A standards of Douglas Allred Company.
Kelly has more than 12 years of facility management experience with multiple properties and is a former member of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) Greater Phoenix Chapter. Kelly has earned her Facility Management Professional (FMP) certification and Lean Six Sigma Certification. Kelly possesses strong leadership skills, commitment to outstanding customer service, passion, adaptable, and is detail oriented.
Kelly Dunn is originally from Ohio and is a graduate of Youngstown State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. She has lived in Arizona since 2004.

Kelly’s professional affiliations include membership in Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Phoenix Chapter and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) Phoenix Chapter.
Kelly volunteers her time throughout the year on her sons’ sports teams by helping keep score, send out communication emails, organize events, snacks, and the end of season team parties, along with taking individual, team, and game pictures.
