Jennifer joined the company in 2000.
Working closely with the firm’s CFO, Jennifer oversees a wide range of day-to-day accounting operations, including financial reporting, preparing budgets for residential and commercial properties, and supervising the company’s accounting team.
She also serves as the point of contact for the firm’s property management software providers and assists the company CFO with tax compliance, insurance matters, and obtaining financing for commercial transactions.
Jennifer received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration through the University of Iowa’s Henry B. Tippie College of Business.

Hours volunteered as Pet Therapy Team
To further her industry experience, Jennifer is involved with Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), which exists to help promote women in the industry. She has been a member since 2007 and served as the San Diego Chapter President in 2014.
In her free time, Jennifer and her dogs, Finnegan and Islay, volunteer with Love on a Leash, Rady’s Children’s Hospital and Scripps Memorial Hospital as volunteer pet therapy teams. Islay was named as Rady’s first Canine Volunteer of Excellence for 2017.
